Our trainers complete a thorough, rigorous accreditation program. Many have specialisations, ranging from strength & conditioning training for amateur athletes to working with clients with special challenges such as MS, osteoarthritis and recovering from breast cancer and various surgeries. All trainers are required to keep certifications up to date with continuing education courses.
